Libby Alarcon is a dynamic young Latina entrepreneur and proud graduate of Cal Poly Pomona, where she earned her degree in Hospitality & Restaurant Management. Driven by her passion for creating beautiful and delicious desserts, she is now pursuing her dream of becoming a leading pastry chef and has recently launched her own dessert catering business in March of 2020 named “Dolce de Libby.” With a commitment to quality and creativity, Libby is dedicated to making her mark and reaching new heights while making a lasting impact in the culinary world and sharing her cultural roots through her delicious creations.
